Privacy Policy

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, billing and delivery address, phone number (if provided) and order details. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment providers through Shopify checkout — we never see or store your full card number.

When you contact us or sign up to our newsletter we collect the details you submit, such as your name, email address and message. We also collect basic technical information such as pages viewed, device type and referring site.

We use your information to process and deliver your order, provide customer support, respond to enquiries, prevent fraud, and — where you have opted in — send occasional emails about new prints and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the shop: Shopify (store and checkout), our payment providers, and Royal Mail and other delivery partners for fulfilment. We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies to keep your basket working, remember preferences and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as expected.

Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to marketing. Email us and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
