• You may return your art print within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging — unused, undamaged, and ready for resale.
• Please include your order number or proof of purchase with the return.

Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
